Orders
placed on Saturday after 10:00 and Sunday should be delivered as per delivery time line 4 to 5 days. Orders
Places on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day
and delivered a day later. Please check all items before the Delivery driver
leaves, Lacasa Beauty Care will not be held liable for any defects whatsoever
after the driver leaves.
Note:
During the lockdown period Friday and Saturday orders will be delivered on
Monday.
Other
products:
Delivery
of other products that are not classified as grocery shall be delivered within 4
To 5 Days
Note:
Non-Essentials items we book order now but will be delivered after finish the
lockdown.
Please
note that the lead times shown above are the best-case scenarios. We do our
best to dispatch orders as they come in, but we cannot guarantee the lead
times, they are just estimating. Please add one working day to be safe. If you
need to know exactly how long a particular delivery will take, please contact
us and we will gladly assist.
Late
Deliveries
Unforeseen
circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong
the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a
ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has
not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us
with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
What
is the cost of delivery?
If
your shopping bag's total is Rs.300 or more we are happy to offer you free
delivery in India. For orders less than Rs. 300 an automatic Rs. 20 charge will
be levied to your order.
What
happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We
carry a large stock holding in our warehouse which we are constantly
restocking. However, it is possible that you will order a product that we are
out of stock of. If this happens, we will contact you within one working day to
notify you and to give you options e.g. shop for another similar product etc.
Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to
you as soon as possible and that you will always be in the loop with how your
order is progressing.
What
happens if there is no one home when a delivery is attempted?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always
provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign
for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the
delivery, our call center personnel will contact the recipient via
telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.
Do
I have to receive a delivery personally?
Anyone
at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that
delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you
personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery
address signed for the delivery. For verification and security purposes the
person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be asked to produce a
form of identification. Should any person other than yourself accept the order
at the delivery address, this person will be deemed as an authorized person.
Can
I track my order?
We
will send you your parcel's tracking information via SMS the very same day that
your order has been dispatched. You can then track your parcel on our websites
at www.lacasabeautycare.com or the Lacasa Beauty Care app under track my order
What
should I do if I wish to return something I purchased?
You
are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.
in return policy we can’t accept perishable goods via post or couriers if
customer has to return perishable goods he or she has to return same time with
the Lacasa Beauty Care Delivery Driver. Unfortunately, we can only accept goods
for return that are still in their original packaging. You will have to pay to
have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we
will issue you a credit note.
